This is how you Make an angry person laugh:
First of all, make sure you know they can see you. Some people have tinted windows, if you do this won’t work
Second, dont do this if your driving, its just stupid and well….well, Just don’t do it!
Make sure they look at you and you can either do one of two things,
- Wave like this:
2. Or Flap your arms around like crazy
Which ever one really works for you
